Angela
Spaxman is one
of the pioneers
of the coaching
industry in Asia.
She
has been coaching
full time since
2000 and is the
Founding President
of the Hong Kong
Coaching Community.Angela
works with managers,
professionals
and business people
who want to love
their jobs and
be excellent
at what they do.
Her clients could
be accelerating
their learning
about management
and leadership
skills, inspiring,
empowering and
developing their
team members or
creating careers
that suit them
perfectly. Angela
also works with
organizations
that are implementing
leadership development
or culture change
programs involving
coaching.
With
13 years of experience
in the people-development
field as a coach,
corporate trainer
and consultant
in both Hong Kong
and Canada, Angela
is also a graduate
of 'Coach U',
a Certified Practitioner
of Neuro-linguistic
Programming, and
has Advanced Certification
in Harrison Assessments.
Angela's substantial
leadership experience
with volunteer
groups gives her
special insight
into how to motivate
people to do their
best.

and training.
Parker is committed

She is the founder
and CEO of
The Anderson Advantage
Group, an international
coaching and executive
management firm
based in Washington,
D.C. Often considered
an internationalist,
Parker has lived
and worked throughout
the globe including
Africa, the Caribbean,
Europe, and South
America. She is multilingual
with native-like
proficiency in
Spanish and French,
and she has lectured
on varied coaching,
management, and
development topics,
in countries
around the world,
including Austria,
Jamaica, South
Africa,
Barbados, and
Panama.
A noted lecturer
and author, Parker
has authored articles
and/or professional
manuals on managing
change in the
workplace, issues
affecting women in
development, addressing
linguistic and
cultural diversity, changing
the dialogue of
war and conflict
to peaceful resolutions,
and living
with disappointments
and how to choose
powerful outcomes
in the face of
unmet needs. She
is a graduate
of Boston University,
University of Massachusetts,
and The Coach
for Life, Master
Coach Training
Program, and the Coachville
Proficiencies
Training Course.
She is also an
active member
with The National
Association for
theEducation
of Young Children,
the National Black
Child DevelopmentInstitute,
and the African
and American Women's
Association. Parker's commitment
is to work with
the IAC's international
programs and projects
and to increase
the active involvement
of members worldwide.

Jean
Gran, IAC-CC,

Jean is a retired
CPA who is thoroughly
enjoying a second
career as a personal
growth counselor
and coach. During
her successful
career in public
accounting, manufacturing,
and health care
accounting she
especially enjoyed
taking complex
financial information
and presenting
it simply and
clearly to clients,
co-workers, and
college students.
Currently she
is exploring ways
of combining coaching
and money by working
with individuals
and couples who
want to build
a healthy relationship
with money.
She will graduate
from CoachVille
Schools of Coaching
in mid 2006 and
loves the challenge
of building her
coaching business,
True Wealth Coaching,
which helps clients
build prosperity
from within. Prior
to coach training
she completed
a 3 year Psychosynthesis
Counselor Training
Program which
helps her bring
spiritual and
psychological
depth to her coaching.
Jean
lives in rural
Massachusetts
and enjoys hiking,
canoeing, nature
photography, and
reading in her
free time.

Rodden Robinson,
Ph.D. is a Duct

coach and the
founder of Zugunruhe.
Zugunruhe (it's
German, pronounced
zoog.un.roo.ee)
is built on Tara’s
crazy vision that
the world can
be a better place
and she works
with business
owners, individual
professionals,
and non-profit
organizations
to make that happen.
The name Zugunruhe
means "migratory
restlessness."
Tara sees it as
the state of mind
that signals getting
ready for the
future. Tara says,

Tara
got her coaching
training from
Mentor-Coach (Bethesda,
MD). She has also
received training
as a spiritual
director from
Shalom Prayer
Center at Queen
of Angels Monastery
(Mt. Angel, OR).
Her PhD (Biology)
was earned from
the University
of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
She is the author
of Genetics for
Dummies (Wiley,
2005) and continues
to teach genetics
via distance ed
at Oregon State
University. She
lives in Corvallis,
Oregon where she
hikes the hills
with her husband
and their dog.
Coaching leaders

Natalie Tucker
Miller has been
helping people
grow personally
and professionally
for several years.
Growing up in
Long Island, NY,
she graduated
from Five Towns
College, then
continued her
education in the
pastoral setting
of northern NY
at SUNY Potsdam.
There she met
Paul, to whom
she's been married
since 1982. In
1985 she moved
to Vermont where
she and Paul currently
reside.
Additionally,
she home educated
her two daughters,
who are now successfully
fulfilling their
own dreams. She’s
served on several
boards, including
the Vermont Association
of Home Educators
(VAHE).
As an instructor
and certifying
examiner at the
Thomas Leornard
Coaching School,
Natalie has taught,
mentored and evaluated
coaches using
the 15 Coaching
Proficiencies.
Additionally,
she is part of
the team developing
new standards
for measuring
coaching by which
the IAC will be
certifying coaches.
She
concludes, "The
most valuable
experience I've
gained is through
the lessons taught
to me by the hundreds
of people I've
had the good fortune
of being involved
with over the
years. And most
notably, the two
I call my daughters."
An IAC-CC, she
is also a certifying
examiner for the
